This week has been Anti Bullying week at Charlestown. This year the theme is “Let’s make a noise about bullying”. To raise awareness and promote our zero tolerance to bullying, Team 5 have taken part in many activities across the week, such as citizenship debates, working with a theatre company and writing instructions on how to create the perfect recipe for friendship.
The children have been learning the official Stand Up against bullying song.
Remember to do do if we see someone being bullied:
- Tell a teacher, parent or another adult.
- Tell the person bullying to stop what they are saying or doing (you can do this on your own or with a friend).
- Call the person being bullied over. Ask them to play with you or ask them about what’s been happening.
